Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521... MICROCHIPPING Included in U.S. Healthcare Bill!...

Buried deep within the over 1,000 pages of the massive US Health Care Bill (PDF) in a "non-discussed" section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521— National Medical Device Registry, and which states its purpose as...

"The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the "˜registry') to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—"˜"˜(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and "˜"˜(B) is a class III device; or "˜"˜(ii) a class II device that is implantable."

In "real world speak", according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn't, allowed medical care in their country.

It's hilarious to think that the point of Congress was originally to represent the will of the people. Now all it is just a bunch of old assholes, cemented in their racist, sexist, homophobic ideologies, and of course, paid off by the insurance and pharmaceutical agencies to keep single payer from being a reality. I'm sure big tobacco has a hand in this as well. Think about all the business that both companies can make... health insurance and the tobacco industry feed off each other. Smokers look to the healthcare industry for lung cancer surgery

It's hilarious that the DMV gave you a drivers license after the B.S. you just spewed out of your mouth. The will of the people (since you assholes want a democracy) not to have single payer mandate aka healthcare. Oh yeah, big tobacco and martians are involved in subverting this bill. Think about the impact this will have on patients. Healthcare will be anything but. Get a life, dont breed little boy and for goodness sake move out from your moms basement..

HR 3590 is the number of the health care bill enacted in March 2010 & does not contain any provision known as "Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521" or any mention whatsoever of a "National Medical Device Registry."

There is also no "Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521" contained in the legislation, nor "Subtitle C-11," either. The term "Subtitle" refers to subsections of sections of the legislation known as "Titles," identified by Roman numerals (i.e. "Title I," "Title II," etc.), of which ten are contained in HR 3590.

Many of the Title sections of HR 3590 are Subtitled "Subtitle A," "Subtitle B," etc., but not all Titles in HR 3590 even contain a "Subtitle C." Some of the Subtitles in some of the Titles of HR 3590 are subdivided into parts (i.e. "Title X, Subtitle B, Part II") but none are identified as "Subtitle C-11." There is no such identification in HR 3590, nor is there any provision in HR 3590 that even mentions, let alone provides for, microchip implantation, mandatory or otherwise, in the populace.

The Final Bill was 4842, NOT the one you referenced.

This is 1984 coming of age with technology. And Obama wants to become Big Brother. Soon we will be hearing of the monitor screens being installed in our homes, so some of Big Brother's cronies can watch to see if we are being health conscious or anything else they wish to see. America, vote intelligently in November, and put a stop to the blocks of our constitutional freedoms planned for our futures.
